About Us and Important Documents

Nottingham West is a beautiful subdivision in the northwest corner of Livonia, Michigan, and is located north of Six Mile Road between Wayne Road and Country Club. The complex has two Wayne County maintained common areas. The area is lush with wildlife such as birds, squirrels, rabbits, and even the occasional deer.  All residents are within a half mile of a County natural preserve. Our neighborhood has many paved sidewalks and during the warmer months you often see your fellow members out walking our beautiful community.

Unlike most modern communities, Nottingham West has an abundance of grass, trees, bushes and well groomed yards.  The entrance landscaping helps give the neighborhood the appearance of a well maintained family subdivision, as does the design of the houses.

Just minutes from access to major highways, a trip downtown or to Ann Arbor is easy, and allows you to quickly participate in the Michigan tradition of going up-north. If you prefer to shop, you will like the close proximity of Laurel Park Mall.   If that’s not enough for you, a short drive and you can power shop at Novi’s upscale 12 Oaks Mall.

The Nottingham West Civic Association is governed by an ten person Board of Directors elected by the membership at the Annual Meeting held each October. The Board of Directors consists of the President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and 6 Trustees.
